Today, July 17, 2026, at approximately 6:58 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at the 7-Eleven on Mount Vernon Avenue. The customer service was unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Employees should treat customers with basic respect and professionalism, but that was not the case during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I won’t be returning back to this store ever!!! Every time I come to 7 eleven it’s always a problem. These employees they always got nonchalant attitude their machines always down their items overpriced. Today one of the employee from store were keep on watching me and follow me around the store accusing me like I’m gonna steal something knowing that I came in to use ATM machine to make a withdrawal 😑. However I went to cashier to reload something on my card I show cashier employee my barcode I handed him the money he said something smart to me saying it didn’t go through how’s that’s impossible I give him barcode from my card it should go through. However it went from 0 to 100 real quick cashier employee very disrespectful and rude however I take my money back and ask for receipt. The most part is he said something disrespectful racial remarks underneath his breath. For anyone who is reading this please save your money and your time from this place who doesn’t know words of proper customer service and level of respect.

No coffee available. They have the machine which is horrible. Tastes like mud. Have 6 fresh machines and no coffee in any of them. customer service is poor. They all look miserable and sad. Granted it was 330 am but it is a 24 hour place for a reason. No regular Pepsi available past 2 days. 20 oz bottles. The neighborhood is rough at night so be aware.

It was the worst experience ever. I went to the store at approximately 12:10 PM. I was planning to do some shopping, but I needed to use the bathroom first, so I had to rush. I politely asked an employee or manager I’m not sure which if I could please use the bathroom. The guy said no, didn’t even make eye contact, and showed no concern. This has to change; otherwise, they’re going to lose a lot of customers. If you have a business, you’re supposed to let people use your bathroom…

Very good place for a quick stop & refreshment … Very nice friendly guy … Coffee, snacks , restroom … Ahh ….! What a great start of a morning… I got hot chocolate & can’t wait to visit again !! 🤩🍁🥰🍁🥳🍁🥳🍁🍁👍👍👍👍
